Cancellation Policy

Introduction

JFF Kidzone Ltd provides a facility for children to play in an indoor play centre and capacity is limited; when you make a booking or reservation, you are holding those places… We understand that plans change, and we respectfully ask that you understand that by holding a spot we are unable to offer that opportunity to other prospective Clients, and so bookings and reservations are nonrefundable. However, you may be entitled to reschedule your booked time or Event depending on your booking type and conditions :

Cancellation of a Booking

Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before the booked time

You may cancel by phone or online using the link provided in your booking confirmation email 

Clients will be offered a reschedule to an alternative available time – no refund will be offered

If you do not cancel up to 24 hours before the booked time you will not be offered the option to reschedule

In the event of a No Show, or a reduced number of Patrons attending, no alternative Booking or refund shall be offered

Cancellation of a Reservation

Cancellations will be accepted up to 1 week before the booked time

You may cancel by phone

Clients will be offered a reschedule to an alternative available time – no refund will be offered

If you do not cancel up to 1 week before the Event you will not be offered the option to reschedule

In the event of a No Show, or a reduced number of Patrons attending, no alternative Booking or refund shall be offered, and Clients will be required to pay for the number of Patrons communicated at time of Event confirmation

Refunds

We do not offer refunds
