Definitions

JFF KIDZONE Ltd (“KIDZONE”) is a Service Provider that hosts children and their guardians for a predefined period of play time by providing a facility (“The Premises”) for indoor play and for children’s parties.

The Premises are located at Units 3&4 Connemara Business Park, Kilnagleary, Carrigaline P43EV25

Booking is the purchase of a ticket for one of our Products in advance at a predetermined time and entered into the online Booking System

Reservation is a paid deposit for one of our Products in advance at a predetermined time and entered into the online Booking System

Booking System is an online system provided by SimplyBook.me ltd that allows system users to get various business functionalities that help them to run their business

Client is a person aged 18 or older who is the PARENT OR APPOINTED LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE CHILD OR CHILDREN who books an appointment or buys a product online using the KIDZONE booking system, or at the counter (“Booking”).

Data Controller is JFF KIDZONE Ltd, a User of SimplyBook.me 

Event is a children’s party

Height Restriction is the maximum allowable height of child/ren of 145cm

No Show is an unconfirmed non attendance for a Booking

Patrons any person using the premises, whether child or Responsible Adult

Playframe is the permanent multilevel playground structure 

Responsible Adult is the person aged 18 or over who will accompany the child/ren whilst at Kidzone, who must remain on the premises and supervise the child/ren at all times. This condition applies to children visiting the Premises for any reason including but not limited to general admittance, playtime, parties and events.

SimplyBook.me is the data processor for Clients of the Kidzone simply book it system, with Client terms and conditions found here

Stripe is the data processor for JFF Kidzone Ltd payment processing, data, technology and analytics services, with Client terms of service found here

Terms and Conditions of Bookings and Reservations

All Bookings :

  • must be made by a registered Client of at least 18 years of age, or older, only
  • must be paid for by Credit or Debit Card in full, in advance
  • to include up to 2 adults only -or- 1 adult and 1 accompanying older sibling (exceeding height restriction and limited to café area) only
  • cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before the booked time and Clients will be offered a reschedule to an alternative available time – no refund will be offered
  • in the event of a No Show, or a reduced number of Patrons attending, no alternative Booking or refund shall be offered

All Reservations :

  • must be made by a registered Client of at least 18 years of age, or older, only
  • must be secured by payment of a deposit by Credit or Debit Card, in advance, with the balance payable in full on the day of your reserved Event
  • to include up to 5 adults (or older accompanying siblings exceeding height restriction and limited to café and party room areas) only
  • confirmation of number of Patrons attending must be made in writing or by phone at least 1 week before the reserved time and Clients will be charged at this confirmed number on the day of the Event
  • a request to increase the number of Patrons from the confirmed number within 1 week of the Event will be facilitated where possible but may not be accommodated if maximum capacity at the premises has already been booked
  • cancellations will be accepted up to 1 week before the booked time and Clients will be offered a reschedule to an alternative available time – no refund will be offered
  • in the event of a No Show, or a reduced number of Patrons attending, no alternative Booking or refund shall be offered, and Clients will be required to pay for the number of Patrons communicated at time of Event confirmation

Terms and Conditions of Entry to the Premises

Failure to abide by these conditions of entry can and may result in Patrons being requested to leave the Premises:

  • Patrons experiencing any of the common signs of COVID-19 – fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – should not enter the Premises, but instead should self isolate and contact their GP
  • all Clients must register with their name, contact number, and email address before entry
  • all children must meet the Height Restriction requirement to enter the Playframe
  • all children must be accompanied by a Responsible Adult who may also enter the Playframe for a limited time of 10 minutes
  • all accompanying older siblings who are not Responsible Adults are prohibited from entering the Playframe at all times
  • socks must be worn at all times
  • no outside food or drink shall be brought in to the Premises
  • Staff do not provide a child supervisory function
  • Patrons should exercise care at all times in the use of the facilities at the Premises and should have respect for the safety and enjoyment of other Patrons
  • Patrons must abide by or follow all instructions, directions, notices and safety signage given by staff or erected in place at the Premises and failure to do so may result in removal from the Premises
  • Patrons acknowledge that all reasonable efforts have been made to provide a low risk environment at the Premises however children who attend the Premises will engage in physical activity and as such there is an inherent risk of injury
  • Patrons shall accept that no liability shall attach to the Premises for injury, damage or loss suffered to any person as a result of an accident or as a result of the actions of another patron, including personal belongings and any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury whilst in attendance at the Premises
  • Patrons shall report any incidents or accidents to staff immediately on occurrence
  • At the end of each session, Patrons must leave the premises in a timely manner

Acknowledgement and Waiver

By accepting the Terms and Conditions on the Booking, Clients agree to the acknowledgement of the conditions of entry to the Premises on behalf of all the Patrons on their Booking, and to waive all rights to make a claim in connection with any injury, damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises, and agree to the retention of this waiver by the Premises for a period of four years from the date of Booking.
